ARRIVING TO THE HOTEL:

• Early Check in / Late Check Out requests are through the Front Desk at 24-hours prior to the occasion.

ITINERARY ITEMS:

• BREAKS: We have intentionally scheduled plenty of breaks to stretch your legs, feel the sun on your skin, or squeeze in a quick phone call. 
• MEALS: Sunday dinner will be at a restaurant: TBD.  All other meals on Monday and Tuesday (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be at the Vibrancy Center.
• TUESDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE:  Ministers are encouraged to bring a favorite stole for the Renewal of Ordination Vows.  You can bring your stole anytime and lay it on the Presenter’s table that will be set out at the service.
• GROUP PHOTO:  We will be taking a group photo on Tuesday, before we say our see you laters.
