Is your church prepared for this hurricane season?

It’s that time that we make preparations for our church property and members well-being.  Below you will find our pre-hurricane survey to see how your church’s preparations are coming along.  Should our area be impacted by a hurricane, then we will follow up post-hurricane survey.  Both forms can be updated more than once.

  • BANK WIRING FORM: Set up your banking information with the Presbytery so that your church can have access to funds if caught in a bad situation.
