  • Send the Stated Clerk a digital copy of your signed 2020 session minutes (complete set for the whole year), along with the completed Session Minutes Review Form and the Session Minute Review Checklist.
  • Send as a scanned .pdf file, not a photographed .jpg file – since this is normally a large file, we suggest that you upload to a Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link to the file.
  • Once your minutes have been reviewed by the Presbytery, you will receive an acknowledgement sheet that can be inserted into your Session Minute book.
