Send the Stated Clerk a digital copy of your signed 2020 session minutes (complete set for the whole year), along with the completed Session Minutes Review Form and the Session Minute Review Checklist.
Send as a scanned .pdf file, not a photographed .jpg file – since this is normally a large file, we suggest that you upload to a Google Drive or Dropbox, then send us the link to the file.
Once your minutes have been reviewed by the Presbytery, you will receive an acknowledgement sheet that can be inserted into your Session Minute book.
